Cracking Art brings culture and art amidst the people: as occasions to reflect, share and playfully participate with everyone. Until the 8th of September, in Ascona, you will have the opportunity to admire and discover the colourful works portraying abstract animals made of regenerated and recyclable plastic.

Conduct of the contest
The contest, which takes place in three stages, is published on the website of the Museo Comunale d'Arte Moderna Ascona (The Organiser), and is promoted via Social Media. The Organiser will draw three winners by lot among the participants who have correctly answered the question. The Organiser draws and informs the winner via email within 7 days of the deadline indicated in the contest. The winner must confirm the win by email within 3 days of notification. If this doesn't occur, the Organiser reserves the right to draw a new winner. Prizes are indicated in the contest. In the case of an overnight stay win, the winner is responsible for the booking. The Organiser does not bear any responsibility regarding booking warranty of the rooms on the winner's behalf. Prizes are not interchangeable nor transmissible. Cash payments and legal proceedings are excluded. The responsibility for any possible taxation of the winnings lies with the winner himself.
Conditions of participation

Participants are admitted to the competition if they are at least 18 years old. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the data. In case of incorrect, missing, or incomplete data, the right to win is revoked. The Museo Comunale d'Arte Moderna Ascona is the organiser responsible for the contest, consequently referred as "the Organiser". Participation to this contest is not tied to any kind of cost or purchase of goods or services. Participants need to have an internet connection. It is forbidden to use different email addresses and participate more than once in order to increase the odds of winning. This contest has no link with any Social Media platform and is not sponsored nor organised by either Facebook nor Instagram. The recipient of the data sent by the participants is not a Social Media platform, but the Organiser. Questions, observations and complaints are to be sent directly to the Organiser. Collaborators and partners of the Organiser, just like the persons responsible of the management of the contest and their relatives, are excluded from participation. The Organiser does not take any responsibility regarding technical problems or of any other kind.
Data protection
Data provided by the participant (name, email address, address, etc.) will not be saved nor used for marketing purposes. The winner will be contacted via email and the prize will be sent to the provided address. By participating in the contest the participant accepts these conditions of participation. In the case of a transgression of the conditions of participation or an attempt to manipulate the contest, the Organiser reserves the right to exclude transgressors from the contest. In this case the winnings will be cancelled, and The Organiser will demand the restitution of the prize.
Final decisions
The applicable law is the law of the Swiss Confederation. Legal actions are excluded.
